Managing Director, Kenjiro Tsuchioka (Ken) has been in the motor industry for 15 years. He worked for another export agent company for 2 years before starting AXEL in 1996.

AXEL established a wholesale car buying company, which also services other exporters or Japanese retail dealers. We have been dealing with almost all dealership like Toyota, Nissan, Honda, Mitsubishi, Mazda, Isuzu, Ford around Tokyo area.

In a few months, we gained good credibility from Japanese dealers & exporters, and our business was turning good. Then, we started exporting vehicles to New Zealand, a dealer in Tauranga.

With our hardworking with sincere, honest attitude, we grew our good relationship with him, and grew our business. Starting from 20-30 units per month in first year, we increase to 150 units monthly in 2 years. In that period, we didn't really have to increase number of clients. Our policy is that we stick to our customers and work hard for them, and grow together.

We always have been trying better service for our customers. For example, we were the first car exporter agent, who guaranteed odometer. Before Internet time, we developed our offer sheet with diagram by fax, so our clients could see detailed conditions. Now, we use Internet a lot, but main point is that we always try to do better job for our clients, and it's our business philosophy.
