Fee & Terms for Auction Purchasing
First of all, price we mention or pirce appeared in our site (WATAA Web) does NOT include any Service Fee, unless we mention FOB. Price shown is Sales Price at auction.

If you want to buy from us, you have to agree to pay the following fee. Please note that we suppose we export vehicles by RO-RO shipping after purchasing. If you want to export by container shipping or if you want to make domestic deal, the figure will be different.


Before Purchasing
1) Translation of Description Sheet : JPY 300/unit *1
2) Bidding Fee: JPY 1,000/unit *2
3) Physical Inspection: JPY 1,000/unit *Not applicable for the vehicle you succeed in purchasing.
*1) fee is required if you bid or not.
*2) fee is required if you purchase or not.


After Purchasing
FOB Charge: You have to agree to pay following FOB Charge besides Sales Price.

This FOB Charge includes;
- Auction Purchasing Fee *1
- Inland Transport *2
- Shipping Arrangement Fee, which includes de-registering paper, Custom Clearance in Japan, booking suitable vessels, claim of extra cost like VAT(5% of cost), automobile tax, recycling ticket, etc, but NOT include Ocean Freight.
*1,2: at some auction, extra cost is required as following table.
*2: this FOB charge is based on regular passenger cars. there is extra cost for bigger trucks, or buses.

Extra Cost Required for some Auction Houses
In most major auctions, there is no extra. But in some case, extra cost will be required as follows, due to long distance transport or extra cost for auction fee. This list supposing 1) passenger cars to up to 2 ton small truck, 2) transfer the nearest port.

Fee & Terms for Dealer Stock Purchasing
Different from Auction, dealer stock price shows FOB Price, which includes following.
- Sales Price each dealer wish to sell for.
- FOB Charge for WATAA for dealer stock.
but NOT include Ocean Freight.

If you wish to purchase. you can make buy order through system. If you wish to try negotiation, you can go through system, too. Our staff would negotiate for you. But please note that if we see your negotiation price is far too low compared to market price, we will not negotiate.



Option Service
Following option service is available for any of Auction or Dealer Stock vehicles.
- Odometer Inspection Service (JEVIC) JPY5,000/unit, directly invoice from JEVIC.



Penalty
1. If the invoice balance is not paid in 3 days after invoice date, 0.1% of the balance (minimum JPY 2,000) per day is charged as penalty from 4th day.
2. If the balance is not paid in 21 days and the deal can be canceled and the cancelation fee plus extra cost is charged. This case, the cancelation fee is 30% of Sales Price (minimum 100,000)
3. If the buyer wish to cancel the deal, they can cancel the deal by paying penalty plus extra loss caused by the cancelation if any. In this case, the cancelation fee is 20% of Sales Price (minimum 100,000) The buyer must pay for it immediately to AXEL.
